Educational qualification
- Civil: 3 year Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum 65% marks, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD) or Degree (55% marks, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD) + Experience
- Electrical: 3 year Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering + Experience

- Degree Holder: 1 year experience (or 1 year Graduate Apprenticeship in PSU)
