Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Constable (Driver): 21 to 27 years
- All Other Trades (Motor Mechanic, Cobbler, Carpenter, Tailor, Brass Band, Pipe Band, Gardener, Bugler, Painter, Cook, Berber, Washerman, Water Carrier, Safai Karmachari, Mason, Plumber, Electrician etc.): 18 to 23 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per reservation
Educational qualification
- Driver: 10th pass + Heavy Transport Vehicle Driving License
- Motor Mechanic Vehicle: 10th + 2 years ITI (Mechanic Motor Vehicle) + 1 year experience
- Other Trades: 10th pass + proficiency in relevant trade
- Pioneer Wing (Mason/Electrician): 10th + 1 year trade experience (ITI preferred)
Physical Standards (PST)
- Male: Height 170 cm, Chest 80-85 cm
- Female: Height 157 cm
- Weight according to age and height
- Relaxation applicable in reservation category

Selection Process
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Qualifying
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100 Marks
- Trade/Skill Test – Qualifying
- Document Verification (DV)
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME/RME)
CBT Syllabus: General Intelligence, GK, Maths, English/Hindi. Negative marking 0.25 marks.
Salary/Pay Scale
Pay Level-3: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 per month + other allowances.
