Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification
- From a recognized university Minimum graduation (Graduate) or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Priority to candidates with 1 year or more experience in the government office.
Age limit

- The work assigned by the passport officer/office head, such as administration, accounting, legal work, and social media related responsibilities.

Terms of contract
- Nature of contract:
- Temporary; The ministry can end without giving reasons.
- Generally one month notice will be given.
- Young professional can end the contract by giving a notice of three months.
- Gopanyayata V volume:
- Indian official secrecy act, 1923 applicable.
- No publication, article, or broadcast without the permission of the Ministry/Passport Office.
- conflicts of interest:
- Follow the rules of the Government of India.
- Services on unsatisfactory performance or conflict of interest may end.
- Travel allowance (TA/DA):
- Approval of competent authority for official tours.
- Way of traveling: Hawaii (Economy Class) or Rail (AC to Tier).
- Reimbursement:
- Hotel: ₹ 750/- per day.
- Taxi: ₹ 225/- per day (within the city).
- Food: ₹ 800/- per day.
