Eligibility Criteria (HPCL Engineer Recruitment 2026)
Age Limit (as on 25 March 2026)
- Junior Executive/Engineer Posts: Maximum 25 years
- Other Posts: 25 to 45 years (as per experience)
- Up to 56 years including maximum age relaxation
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD additional 10/13/15 years
Educational qualification
Post wise Diploma / Graduation / BE/B.Tech / MBA / CA / CMA / M.Sc. (Full Time Regular Course). Minimum marks: 65% for UR/OBC/EWS, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD. Detailed qualification is different for each post.
pay scale and benefits
Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹2,80,000 per month
CTC: ₹10.88 lakh to ₹49.30 lakh per year (in metro cities)
₹50-60 lakh per year for FTC post. Other Benefits: DA, HRA, Performance Related Pay, Medical, Retirement Benefits etc.
