Bhopal, 3 August 2025, 4:09 IST: In Madhya Pradesh, the resentment of the students for the Selection Post Phase-13 recruitment exam of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is increasing day by day.
Students of Madhya Pradesh are also actively involved amid a wave of nationwide protests, especially in cities like Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur.
The demonstration is against technical flaws, examination cancellation and alleged misconduct at examination centers, which came out during the Phase-13 examination held from 24 July to 1 August 2025.
Status in Madhya Pradesh:
Students of Madhya Pradesh have expressed their displeasure with the hashtags like #SSCMISANAGEMENT and #SSCSYSTEMSUDHARO on social media.
Students in Bhopal say that their hard work was lost due to crashing system at many examination centers and failure in biometric verification.
A student in Indore said, “We traveled hundreds of kilometers, but on reaching the examination center, it was found that the examination had been canceled.” Similar complaints have been reported in Jabalpur, where students opposed the remote and unsafe center allocation.

Under the “Delhi Chalo” campaign started on 31 July across the country, students of Madhya Pradesh also participated in the protest in Delhi. A group from Bhopal demonstrated at Jantar-Montar, where there were clashes with the police and many teachers, including popular teachers like Nutan Singh, were detained.
Students of Madhya Pradesh have demanded from SSC that the entire process of Phase-13 examination be canceled and an independent investigation should be done. Also, a demand is being raised to ensure better arrangements for the SSC CGL 2025 examination starting from August 13.
Main issues and demands:
- Technical flaws: Complaints of system crash, mouse and keyboard failure, and server failure.
- Examination cancellation: Financial and mental loss to students due to sudden canceled examinations without notice.
- Vendor failure: The new exam vendor educivity is being questioned, which is reportedly considered a blacklisted company.
- Demand: Compensation for affected students, review of vendor contracts, and transparent examination system.

Student organizations of Madhya Pradesh have planned a statewide demonstration on August 5, in which a big rally is being said in Bhopal.
Meanwhile, SSC has not yet issued any official statement, causing dissatisfaction among students. Will the government and SSC take serious steps on this issue, it will be clear in the coming days.

A Bhopal student said, “Our future is at stake. If there are so many disturbances in small examinations like Phase-13, what will happen in CGL 2025?” This question is in the mind of every student who trusts this system.
