selection process
Engineer Trainee (ET):
- Computer Based Examination (75% weightage)
- Interview (25% weightage)
Supervisor Trainee (ST):
- computer based examination
- document verification
Training and Service Agreement
- Engineer Trainee: ₹50,000/- monthly stipend, after 1 year ₹60,000/- monthly salary.
- Supervisor Trainee: ₹32,000/- monthly stipend, after 1 year ₹33,500/- monthly salary.
- Service Contract: 3 years, bond of ₹5 lakh (ET) and ₹3 lakh (ST).
