Eligibility Criteria
educational qualification
- At least 10th class or equivalent examination 50% marks (Total in all subjects).
- Issued by NCVT in related trade National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) compulsory
- Candidates waiting for ITI result or failed cannot apply.
- Engineering Graduate/Diploma holders not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 1st March 2026)
- Minimum: 15 years
- Maximum: 24 years
- Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC.

- Separate provision for wards of railway employees.
Stipend

Selection Process
- Merit list based on 10th class percentage.
- Tie Break: Older → passed 10th first.
- Document verification and medical fitness mandatory.

- Fill all the details correctly, paste the photo and sign.
- Attach all self-attested documents and checklist (Annexure-F).
- Submit the application in two ways:
- Drop Box: Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560064 (Working days 9:00 am to 4:50 pm)
- Registered Post: The Senior Personnel Officer-II, Personnel Department, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore – 560 064
