Under the Pradhan Mantri Vikas Bharat Yojana 2025, different benefits are being given to both youth and employers. This scheme has been started with the aim of encouraging youth to get their first job and to increase employment generation in the private sector.
Part A – Benefits for first-time job seekers
- The government will provide EPF salary support up to a maximum of ₹ 15,000 to youth getting their first job.
- This amount will be given in two installments — the first installment after completion of 6 months of employment and the second installment after completion of 12 months.
Part B – Benefits for Employers
- Additional incentive amount will be given to employers who employ new youth in the private sector.
- The new employee can be given an incentive of up to ₹ 20,000 per month for two years.
- If the employee is employed in the construction sector, this incentive can continue for the third and fourth years also.

- The employer must be registered with EPFO.
- They have to enter the gross salary details of their employees correctly in ECR.
- If employers enter incorrect salary information, they will not get any benefits of the scheme.
