Scientist / Engineer ‘SC’ (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) with a minimum of 65% marks.
Scientist / Engineer ‘SC’ (Electrical): Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) with at least 65% marks.
Scientist / Engineer ‘SC’ (R&AC): Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) with specialization or elective subjects in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or related fields, securing a minimum of 65% marks.
Scientist / Engineer ‘SC’ (Architecture): Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 65% marks and a valid registration certificate from the Council of Architecture (COA).
